Privacy Policy
Last updated · October 28, 2026This policy explains what information we collect through the AI Operator Cohort website and application, how we use it, and the choices you have. This website is operated by Logic Ventures, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and the company behind the Sovereign Operators brand ("SVRN," "we," "us," "our").
1. Information we collect
- Application answers. Your first and last name, email address, phone number, industry, monthly revenue range, investment readiness when asked, current AI use, and what you want to learn or build.
- Unfinished applications and form activity. Answers save as you go, before you press Submit. We retain partial answers, answer changes, questions viewed, timestamps, and application status so we can resume your application and understand completion and drop-off.
- Visit and technical information. Campaign identifiers in the page URL, a randomly generated application identifier, and technical information processed by our hosting and storage providers. The application service uses an IP-derived hash to help limit abusive requests. Providers may process IP addresses and browser or device details in their service logs.
- Messages you send us. Information you include when you contact us about an application, support, or a privacy request.
Please keep answers focused on your business. Do not include passwords, payment details, or confidential personal information about clients or other people.
2. How we use information
- To save and resume applications, check the cohort's qualification criteria, and review applications.
- To contact you about your application and respond to messages or requests.
- To understand where applicants stop, improve the application experience, and measure the source of applications.
- To operate and secure the site, prevent abuse, comply with law, and enforce our terms.
The form applies eligibility rules based on your selected revenue range and, when asked, investment readiness. Brodie personally reviews submitted applications. If you think a qualification result is a mistake, contact us or use the Instagram link shown with that result.
3. Browser storage and tracking
This application uses local storage on your device to remember your answers, current question, and draft credentials. This lets your application resume when you return. Our hosting provider may also use security cookies to detect abusive traffic. Clearing site data removes the copy stored on your device; it does not delete answers already saved to our application database. Contact us to request deletion of those records.
This cohort site currently has no advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Campaign tags in links are saved with the application. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical request information when your browser loads them. Other SVRN websites may use different tools under their own policies.
Browser Do Not Track signals do not change this site's necessary application storage or security processing. The cohort site does not use cross-site advertising tracking.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. Application information is available to Brodie and authorized SVRN administrators. We use service providers to host the website, store application records, and operate our administrative tools. These include OpenAI Sites hosting, Supabase for application storage, and Vercel for the admin dashboard. Providers process information under their applicable service terms and privacy policies.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transaction such as a sale or merger.
5. Email and text communications
Submitting an application requests review and follow-up about this cohort. It does not enroll you in unrelated marketing emails or automated promotional texts. Marketing emails are sent to people who signed up, and you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. Promotional text messages require separate express consent; if you opt in, message and data rates may apply and you can reply STOP to opt out.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for application review, follow-up, administration, security, and applicable legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it. This includes incomplete and disqualified applications. Retention depends on the purpose of the record and any legal obligation to keep it. You can request deletion as described below.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, receive a copy of, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and opt out of certain uses. Send requests to admin@sovereignoperators.com. Identify the email address you used to apply and what you are requesting. We may need to verify your identity before acting and will respond as required by applicable law. We will not penalize you for exercising your rights.
If we decline a request and you have a right to appeal, reply to our decision or email the same address with “Privacy appeal” in the subject. If you are in the EEA or UK, the applicable legal bases include steps you request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in administering and securing the application, compliance with law, and consent where required. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. People who can access your browser may be able to see a locally saved application, so use care on shared devices.
10. Third-party sites and services
Links to services such as Instagram lead to websites operated by third parties under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version. We will post material changes here and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
